T. Howard Foundation receives nine Telly awards for
“The 2021 Annual Diversity Awards” video
I am pleased to announce that the Foundation is the winner of nine Telly Awards for our 2021 Annual Diversity Awards video. The video captured one gold, four silver, and four bronze Tellys, awards which honor excellence in video and television across all screens.
The video features the presentation of awards to our honorees and acceptance remarks, and displays the wonderful digital ads our supporters developed for the event. Tamron Hall hosted the 2021 virtual awards event for honorees Soledad O’Brien, Rosalyn Durant, Lisa Torres and Charlie Collier…and special guest presenter Angela Bassett.

“We are honored to have the video of our virtual awards event recognized with nine Telly awards. Unable to have our traditional in-person awards dinner, a video was the perfect way to present our annual diversity awards these last two years,” explained Jo Pamphile, President and CEO. “For nearly thirty years, our awards dinner has honored individuals and corporations in media and media-related industries dedicated to diversity and inclusion.”
