With over 15 years of experience, Steven has been a contributing leader in the entertainment industry. Currently, he serves as Director, Strategic Partnerships at Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), the nation’s largest organization exclusively representing the Black college community.
Prior to joining TMCF, Steven worked in Brand Partnerships and Client Services at Kevin Hart’s Hartbeat, where he was instrumental in establishing the go-to market partner brand strategy and new business development at the global, multi-platform entertainment company. Steven also worked in sales and marketing capacities for Showtime Networks and Nickelodeon.
Steven proudly serves as an alum, mentor, and avid supporter of the T. Howard Foundation. For his career achievements and passion for the organization, he was awarded the “Rising Star” Alumni award in 2014 and the “Outstanding Achievement” award in 2018.
A proud native of Philadelphia, Steven holds a B.A in Broadcast Journalism from Delaware State University where he became a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Currently residing in Los Angeles with his wife Jennifer, daughter Maxwell and son Cassius, Steven enjoys swimming, traveling and being an obnoxious Philly sports fan.
