“The T. Howard Foundation was a pivotal stepping stone in my career, providing me with a strong foundation in the world of media and entertainment — an industry that remains central to my work today as a marketer at the world’s leading beauty company. It also connected me with incredible mentors.”
Nicole began her career at L’Oréal immediately after earning her dual degree in English and Communications from Boston College. Over the years, she has cultivated a diverse portfolio of experiences across the company’s Consumer, Dermatological, and Professional Products Divisions — and has held roles in both Global and Operational Marketing.
Her experience spans iconic brands including L’Oréal Paris, where she worked in both New York and Paris on the Global Marketing team, and Maybelline. Today, she leads the Global Brands Pureology and Mizani, as well as U.S. brand L’Oréal Technique, overseeing innovation, campaign development, and content strategy.
