Erica is an Emmy-winning national television producer and storyteller recognized for her contributions to high-impact global media content. She leads cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments to deliver compelling programming that reaches wide audiences while upholding rigorous production and editorial standards. Her work is defined by sharp editorial judgment, decisive leadership, and a commitment to meaningful, human-centered storytelling.
Her experience ranges from breaking news coverage of the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas to red carpet interviews in Las Vegas with Terry Crews. Through this work, Erica has developed a versatile toolkit spanning live production, content strategy, and narrative development.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Production from Rutgers University in 2019. During her time there, Erica served as a news editor for The Daily Targum, an on-air talent for Rutgers Athletics’ RVision network, and an entertainment radio host for WRSU 88.7 FM. She was also elected as president of her residence hall, leading initiatives that fostered community engagement and service.
Prior to Rutgers, Erica attended Moorestown Friends School, where she was recently recognized as a recipient of the school’s 30 Under 30 Alumni honor.
