Ashley serves as the Executive Vice President responsible for the Consumer Lifestyle and Multicultural Divisions at 5W Public Relations. With over 18 years of experience in lifestyle communications, Ashley is passionate about helping brands break through the cultural clutter and drive audiences forward — leading her clients to become trend makers at the forefront of where conversations are going. As head of 5W’s multicultural division, Ashley spearheads the agency’s multicultural initiatives and proudly represents leading media companies and brands that champion equal representation in today’s culture.
Ashley’s extensive experience in traditional media is complemented by her expertise in orchestrating strategic brand partnerships, executing high-impact influencer campaigns, and managing large-scale events for global clients. She is an alumna of the T. Howard Foundation and oversees 5W’s Women of Color committee, where she continues to mentor and empower emerging leaders in communications.
Currently, Ashley resides on Long Island with her husband and two children, where she balances her dynamic career with family life. Known for her leadership, empathy, and creative vision, Ashley continues to drive meaningful storytelling that bridges brands with the audiences that matter most.
