Alicia Minter

“Since my T. Howard internship in 2003, I have stayed active with T. Howard as a mentor for other interns. I absolutely love the opportunity to give back as a mentor, especially since so many people on my career path gave me chances and took me under their wing. I love what T. Howard represents – it aligns perfectly with my personal goal to increase diversity in this industry. T. Howard also continues to give back to me. In 2011, T. Howard awarded me with the Scott Weiss Scholarship for my MBA program. In short, T. Howard has had a huge influence on my career – well beyond that first internship 20+ years ago – from networking and mentoring opportunities to supporting my education.”
