Alandya Warren

“The T. Howard Foundation gave me the mentors, resources, and network to launch my career. I’ve been proud to intern, serve as a Campus Ambassador, and give back to a program that shaped me.”

Alandya has quickly built a name for herself through her public speaking, social media presence, and professional work, currently as Associate Partner Manager with Walmart Connect. Prior to joining Walmart Connect, she supported national campaigns, seasonal planning, and brand storytelling at The Fresh Market. She began her career on the social team at BET, creating content for major cultural moments like the BET Awards—work that affirmed her commitment to storytelling rooted in Black culture.

Previously, she worked at a Smithsonian-affiliated museum, where she hosted a podcast exploring Black history and community memory. That experience sharpened her voice as a researcher and creative. She was later selected for the Verizon Adfellows program, gaining hands-on experience at Walmart, Ogilvy, and Accenture. Across those roles, she supported campaign planning and social-first strategy — building a marketing foundation that’s both creative and intentional.

Outside of her 9-5, Alandya has built a digital presence of 55K+ followers on TikTok (@EbonyArchival), where she highlights Black history and vintage glamour. Her thoughtful, research-driven content has made her a go-to voice for women-centered storytelling. She has collaborated with brands to create culturally resonant campaigns that live at the intersection of legacy and relevance.

An accomplished public speaker, Alandya has shared her work on national stages — including delivering a TEDx talk on the history of Black American names.
