“Being a T. Howard Foundation intern was absolutely critical to my early, and continued, career success! Following two rigorous and educational THF internships and a decade later, the investment from the THF continues via amplification and recognition of the community-focused work I lead, and meaningful opportunities to mentor and connect with current undergraduate students and interns. I am forever indebted to the T. Howard team for the continued investment in my professional career and growth, but especially for the solid guidance, connection, and empowerment during the earliest points of my career.”
