Ciara Rolle-Harris, Global Brand and Communications PMO at TikTok, and member of the THF intern classes of 2018 and 2019, was honored as the alumni “Rising Star” and chosen to speak at the 2025 THF Annual Awards Dinner. She spoke to a roomful of nearly 700 media, entertainment, and tech industry professionals.
Ciara launched her media career with internships at HBO/HBO Max and MTV, VH1, and CMT. She supported publicity efforts for Insecure, Succession and Rothaniel by Jerrod Carmichael. She was promoted to the Global Brand and Communications Project Management Office (PMO) at TikTok, where she now manages high-priority global integrated campaigns.
