Monique is an example of utilizing communications experience and her passion to accelerate development of the disruptive technologies that drive our world every day.

Starting as a T. Howard PR intern at XM Satellite Radio, Monique shifted into the high-tech industry, taking the skills that she developed as a communications professional with a focus on the cultivation of deep external relationships.

She began a career in Analyst Relations in 2012, rising in ranks and AR savvy, developing and leading strategy behind AR programs across the world’s largest cloud platforms and most innovative high-tech organizations. Launching TransformAR in 2018, Monique became a trusted AR advisor and consultant at high-tech companies such as Microsoft, Databricks and Splunk, before joining the SAP AR team, leading the strategy for Data and AI. Monique is currently the head of Dataiku’s global AR program – still utilizing the foundation comms skills that were born during her term as a T. Howard intern. Monique’s mission is to develop a new class of innovative Analyst Relations; exposing young professionals to alternative markets where their communications expertise can transform organizations for years to come.
