Kenny has goals to work in sports media, with experience on-air, in production, and social media. Just over three years ago, he started a TikTok account (@kenreport) which over 600 posts later, now has over 60,000 followers. He did an internship with WGN TV in the Summer of 2024, getting the chance to work alongside great anchors like Jarrett Payton, and producers like Rick Tarsitano. His favorite part of the internship was attending a private draft party and interviewing an NBA player. He got the chance to work Cubs & White Sox games for the station and covered the game where baseball legend Ryne Sandberg’s statue was unveiled.
Kenny graduated Penn State (’25) where he made numerous on-air appearances for Bellisario Student Media. He was a sports anchor for Centre County Report where he was an honorable mention for a Keystone “Best Sportscast” award. He also did work for Penn State Network Television and radio. He describes himself as a jack of all trades as he’s done play-by-play, TV, radio, and writing.
