Cipriani Meet & Greet, a Diversity Advancement Program event

Each year, the T. Howard Foundation (THF) hosts a networking event, preceding the Diversity Awards Dinner, to provide its partners with opportunities to meet members of the THF talent pool who are ready, or will soon be ready, to pursue for full-time employment. The event also provides members of the THF talent pool with opportunities for increased visibility with companies they are excited to learn more about and aspire to work for.

Our goal is to help companies achieve their diversity and inclusion goals, by supporting their efforts to identify and hire employees whose skills, experience, and education align with their organization’s hiring needs, culture, and overall business objectives.
