Our talent pool is composed of some of the country’s brightest, talented, and highly qualified young women and students of color. Before entering our talent pool applicants must meet the T. Howard Foundation’s criteria for eligibility which includes a review of resumes, transcripts, letters of recommendation, and a phone interview. The T. Howard Foundation makes it easy for host companies to secure qualified, diverse summer interns. We review all resumes, transcripts, essays, letters of recommendation, and conduct phone interviews. Our commitment to quality ensures that you will have a bright, talented student committed to establishing a career in the industry.
