T. Howard Foundation Diversity Partners are both traditional and non-traditional media-related corporations (such as advertising and public relations agencies) that embrace diversity.

Diversity Partners can support THF at three different levels. Diversity Partners are required to host a minimum of one full-time, paid summer intern.

Talent Development Program – Professional development services
Diversity Advancement Program – Full-time, entry- to mid-level recruitment
