In-Person Interviews

This fall, in addition to our normal phone interviews, T. Howard Foundation is excited to pilot in-person interviews for students attending school or residing in New York and the Silver Spring, MD! The interview is a great opportunity for you to promote your skills and share your passion for wanting to be a T. Howard intern.

The T. Howard Foundation internship process includes two phases of review, the first being the application and the second the interview. Only students who pass phase one will be invited via email to sign up for a phone or in-person interview.

Invitations are limited and interview appointments will fill up fast. If you can’t make it to DC or NY for an in-person interview, don’t worry, as most of our students will still interview by phone. Both phone and in-person interviews will be evaluated equally.
