Our Host Company is seeking an Assistant in their Integrated Marketing Department to provide general administrative support to Department VP.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Covering phones
  • Managing appointment calendar
  • Preparing expense reports
  • Booking travel
  • Creating and maintaining office files
  • Interfacing with messenger center, mail room and courier service
  • Ordering and maintaining departmental supplies
  • Updating office technology
  • Oversee scheduling and organization of team off-site meetings
  • Work with Integrated Marketing teams and Creative departments to secure integration clips for meetings
  • Work on special projects
  • Liaise with all levels of management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 1 -2 years of work experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and within a fast paced environment
Self-starter
Strong writing and communications skills
