Our Host Company is seeking an Assistant in their Integrated Marketing Department to provide general administrative support to Department VP.
Responsibilities Include:
- Covering phones
- Managing appointment calendar
- Preparing expense reports
- Booking travel
- Creating and maintaining office files
- Interfacing with messenger center, mail room and courier service
- Ordering and maintaining departmental supplies
- Updating office technology
- Oversee scheduling and organization of team off-site meetings
- Work with Integrated Marketing teams and Creative departments to secure integration clips for meetings
- Work on special projects
- Liaise with all levels of management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 1 -2 years of work experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and within a fast paced environment
Self-starter
Strong writing and communications skills
