Josephine E. Pamphile, President

Josephine brings more than 15 years of not-for-profit and for profit experience to the Foundation. She has served as executive director of the Girls Club of New York and the YWCA of the National Capital Area. In addition she was appointed Director of the Mayors Office for Children and Families in New York. Prior to coming to T. Howard, Josephine was the Vice-President for Customer Service Operations for ACS Inc. Josephine has a Masters in Organizational Psychology and Development from Columbia University.

Nissa N. Copemann, Vice President, Program & Development

Nissa brings over 10 years of relevant nonprofit experience including development and program management. Most recently she served as Development Officer for Local Programs in the Resource Development Group, External Affairs division of The Enterprise Foundation. Ms. Copemann received her B.A. from Denison University in Granville, Ohio and holds a law degree from the George Washington University Law School.

Tiffany R Paine, Program Manager

Tiffany R. Paine joined the Foundation as Program Manager in January of 2007. She is a 2005 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, receiving her Master’s of International Development with a minor in public and non-profit management. Prior to earning her master’s, Ms. Paine worked as an International Admissions Coordinator for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Brockport. She also holds a B.A. with a concentration in Political Science and International Studies from SUNY Brockport.
